Jaymie's Birthday

Holiday was working at on some files left on her desk. Paperwork was part of a doctor's job after all. It was a long grueling task that no one really enjoyed, but someone had to get it done. She glanced over at the clock. 10. She still had plenty of time before lunch. The good doctor didn't like to procrastinate, but for once, she did. Glancing over at a desktop calendar, she decided to flip through it. She didn't get very far though, since Thursday had something written on it. "Jaymie's birthday!!!" Her mouth gaped open for a second. She stood up and hurried out of the lab to find Rex and Six. They needed to plan a party for her. Jaymie was a child growing up in a non-traditional way. Holiday took it upon herself to make it as normal as possible. Even if that meant giving up paperwork to make a party.

Workers were typing on computers and whatnot. Holiday walked up to a nearby worker. "Are Six and Rex out on a mission?" The worker gave her a look. If anyone should know, it was her. He turned, typed stuff into the computer. "Six's jet just left the hanger."

"What about Rex? Where's he?"

The worker shrugged. Holiday looked at the small child. "Maybe he's with Six? Or maybe he escaped again and Six is going to get him?" Both seemed like possibilities. Though she, herself, didn't understand why Six left. Hopefully, it was something for the party...

" oh" she was silent. Both Six and Rexy were out? Now who will play with her? " Mommy? Will you play with me? Rexy or Daddy usually do but there not home and Green bean is still sleepy!"

How could she say no? Thankfully, there's still time left to plan. "Of course. But just until Green Bean wakes up. I have work to do."

Yay! " we can go on a hunt for another rainbow or maybe go to robot pirate island!"

Let me pull out my cardboard box so we can go to Robot Pirate Island.

"Robot Pirate Island?" Holiday was confused. She really needed to spend more time with her.

Let's buy a big screen first...There's a fanfic about robot pirate island...

" there's an island where a war is bing waged between the robots and pirates. Currently the robots a winning but we cost have that, the pirates a the good guys after all"

That fic sounds totally scary.

"Alright..." What an imagination. "We can do whichever you want."

Can't say haven't read it but Spongebob is a captian.

" let's go to robot pirate island and fight robots come on!" She has foam swords and robot toys and pirate plushies in her room!

I hope he's on the pirates' side.

"Alright. Sounds fun." She gave off a little chuckle. At least she was having fun.

I think he is.

" here mama a sword for you, and a sword for me" she grabs two swords and hands one to Holiday. She then runs to set up a row of her stuffed animals " those are the robots." She points to them with the swords. And yes she is in commander mode. Head held high, and an 'intimidating' walk.

Good. Can't have him working for the enemy.

Holiday looked at the foam sword and up to the "enemies." "What do we do now, commander?" She caught on to the commander mode.

Oh god don't read it. All his friends die.

" fight our hardest to defeat this robot manace. Argg attack!"

Holiday wasn't sure if she was suppose to run over and fight the "robots" or just swing the sword around.

Don't worry Jaymie will show you the way. She charges the plushies and whacks on with the sword.

I finally get to use this icon, though. Just pretend it's a foam sword.

She pretends to be hit by the robot and screams. But fights back and knocks the plush rabbit down to its side.

"Commander! Are you okay?" Holiday shouted as she battled a particularly hard plush dog.

" Yes solider! Now to finish this battle!" Look who knocked over two stuffed animals. Fancy.

Holiday finished off the one she was working one and quickly finished the last one off.

" we did it! We saved the island! We can have the treasure for another day!" Look whose happy :D

"Hey Green Bean is awake! Green bean you misses all the action!" Oh looks like mom is out of playtime duty one yay bald to planning and work.

"You and Green Bean take care of all that treasure. I have to go back to work now, if that's okay. I'll send Rex and Six to find you when you get back."

"Don't worry mommy we'll protect it and use some of it to get you something nice too!"
